Dinomites at
The Whitehaven Expo

love Dinosaurs? You'll love
Whitehaven's Expo Centre. Dinomites, the name of the first exhibition explores the birth, early life and habits of baby dinosaurs which in itself is quite unique. Armed with many life size models, graphic panels and information about fossils, the Expo is a place of learning, fun and exploration for all ages.

Luke Richardson who runs the Expo centre says: "So far the response has been fantastic, The Dinosaurs are great and the mini 3D Cinema has proved a real winner with children and adults alike. The Dinomites exhibition has also proven extremely popular with local school parties as the educational element is there as well."

Dinomites Expo will run until mid January then the Epxo will change the exhibition for ‘Robots' which will mix Sci Fi with real life.

"One of the aims of The Expo is to increase the footfall in the town centre to make it more attractive to potential retailers" explains Gerard Richardson, Whitehaven Festival Company CEO "and to develop a third tourist attraction for the town to continue the drive to build up tourism as a viable local industry."

The Exhibition is run by the Whitehaven Festival Co and supported by Britain's Energy Coast.
